Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin, trains every 5 mins). In one of the most desirable and fashionable neighbourhoods in Dublin.
5 min walk to shops and restaurants of award winning Dundrum Town Centre.
A 15 min drive to Green belt of Dublin and Wicklow mountains. A 5 min drive, or 30 min walk to Marley Park

Design
Georgian Dublin cottage extensively and sustainably renovated with underfloor heating throughout, high speed broadband, all life's modern conveniences, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, a quiet and peaceful private courtyard, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE that due to the open nature of the stairs in the main bedroom and the ladder in the kitchen, that unfortunately the house isn't suitable for children between the age of 1 and 6 years.
Kitchen
Large, spacious, bright, double height ceiling with skylights and two double doors opening up to private decked courtyard with garden furniture. Italian limestone floors. Solid oak dining table to seat 6. Gas hob, 2 ovens (gas and electric), microwave, warming drawer, double ceramic sink, dish washer, fridge/freezer, pull out ironing board and steam iron.
Living Area
Open to kitchen. Solid limed oak paraquet flooring. U shaped modular sofa designed especially for the space with movable footstool for serious lounging.
Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue.
Main Bedroom
Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs.
Ensuite bathroom
Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower.
Second Bedroom
Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space.
Main bathroom
With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower.

Entire house and garden
Myself or my parents will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If there's any issues one of us will be only a few minutes away.
The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away.
