Chocoate box pretty, quintessentally English village nearby and winner of prettiest village many times. Also popular venue for films and TV.
Castle Combe is a 12th Century village with a 14th century market cross. The village really prospered in the 15th Century, due to it's woollen industry. The village today is known for it's racing circuit and being the back drop for countless Film and TV dramas. From Poirot to the most recent The Wolf Man, Stardust and Stephen Spielberg's War Horse.
