This is right around the corner from my place. They have a decent selection of sundries; I'd skip buying produce from here though. The produce is fine, but there's a lot of green grocers on Nostrand.

I go to this vegetable stand at least three times a week. I buy zucchini, herbs, tomatoes, onions and fruit here.

I got to this fruit and vegetable stand at least twice a week. If I can't find it at CJ Fruit and Vegetables, these guys have it. They also have the best pineapple in the neighborhood.

I don't recommend this place. They have good pastries and ok soup and sandwiches. I prefer Lula Bagel.
However, it's worth coming up here to see the Community Garden.
